These delicious and refreshing gin cocktails are made for summer and feature light and fresh ingredients like citrus, herbs. 

Recipe: The Salty Dog

This is a twist to an old time favorite cocktail recipe. 

Made with grapefruit juice, Gordon’s London Dry Gin, and soda with lime for garnish and a salted rim! It’s the perfect not-too-sweet thirst quencher. 

 

Ingredients

2 parts Gordon’s Gin

3 parts grapefruit juice

1 slice grapefruit

Rim with salt crystals

Method

Salt the rim of a highball glass. Pour the Gordon’s Gin and grapefruit juice into a chilled cocktail shaker filled with ice.

Strain into the glass without the ice.

Garnish with a slice of grapefruit.

This is an old time classic cocktail loved by many for it’s refreshing qualities. This is a perfect cocktail for late breakfast and early brunches, sunsets and afternoon drinks. 

Ingredients

1 part Gordon’s Gin

1 part grapefruit juice

2 parts orange juice

1 slice grapefruit

1 slice orange

Method

Pour the liquid ingredients into a shaker filled with ice.

Shake well and pour into a highball glass.

Garnish with a slice of grapefruit and a slice of orange.
